Welcome back! It’s day 2 of the new year. How are you feeling today? Actually don’t answer that question. In fact, it doesn’t even matter. Thats not how you got here. That’s not what you used to get yourself to show up. You used something better.

The Reason Why

A reason got you to move. Not a feeling. It’s the fuel for getting after the new year. It’s specific. It is your “Why”. Why did you get up this morning? Why do you do the things you do that have meaning in your life. It’s not a feeling, I can tell you that. It’s a Purpose. It’s a Why. Your Why.

Now, take out the list I asked you to write yesterday and show me number 1.

Let’s go.

Time to train.

It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
