To be hosted for a two day seminar at Beta Academy of Martial Arts in Washington DC was a privelidge. The people there were very respectful and great students. It is a clear example of how great the school is. They always look to give back what the martial arts is known for such as virtues of respect, discipline, a place to improve oneself, honor and a sense of community. Nakapan Phungephorn, a long time friend and world class martial artist, is someone who you should go see if you’re in the area. I would definitely recommend to train with him and his well trained instructors of Beta’s programs.
