Distractions can take up your precious energy. Be careful as they can take control. Instead, replace distraction with breaks. There is a difference. Distractions make us forget. Breaks allow us to recover then get back to it. It can be 1 minute like class. It can also be 5 minutes or maybe even 15 minutes. When breaks are properly taken, you can get back to the work you really wanted to complete and you’ll be performing at a much more optimal rate instead of fighting yourself to get out of your distractions.
